Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation Executive Director, Fr Jerome Marquez, SVD, presented his proposal to Bishop Soc Mesiona of the Apostolic Vicariate of Palawan to establish more Indigenous Learning System (ILS) centers in his dcclesiastical authority.
With more non literate indigenous in Palawan, ILS is an exemplary education program for Palawan. Meanwhile, Bishop Mesiona identifies the lack of enough resources to spearhead the project.
