Dried Fish Livelihood Program in ALS Balabac. Sir Mayrick Masinda, Arnold Janssen ALS instructional manager, facilatated the organization of ALS learners into a peoples org. through the election of officers. The success of this program (as an alternative livelihood) would help stop cyanide/dynamite fishing in the area.
