DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite — July 16, 2025.
In a moving celebration of unity, perseverance, and transformation, the 15th Yearly Graduation and Moving-Up Ceremonies for Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners in Dasmariñas City was held on July 16, 2025 at the newly inaugurated Dasmariñas City Arena. With the theme “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the event honored the resilience of 612 ALS graduates, including 128 completers from the Arnold Janssen ALS (AJ ALS) Dasmariñas—107 from Junior High School and 21 from the Elementary level.
Among the honorees was Virginia Cifra, a standout learner from Arnold Janssen ALS, who secured Rank 1 in the Junior High School Level during the 2024 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) tests. She was mentored by Sir James B. De Jesus, one of the dedicated facilitators of AJ ALS.

In addition, Sir Pascual E. Gueta Jr., also a learning facilitator from AJ ALS Dasmariñas, was recognized for his dedication and service, having 20 or more test takers under his guidance.
The Arnold Janssen Dasmarinas ALS is a mission-driven program under the Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation, Inc. (AJCMFI) and operates in close partnership with the City Government of Dasmariñas, led by Mayor Jenny Austria Barzaga. This collaboration underscores a shared vision: to make quality education accessible to all, especially to those who have been left behind by the formal system.

Behind the success of Arnold Janssen ALS is a dedicated team led by Rev. Fr. Judy Bañez, SVD, Program Director of AJCMFI, and Ma. Isabel A. Caragay, Assistant Program Director. Perlyn L. Loristo serves as Finance Head, ensuring operational sustainability. The ALS unit is coordinated on the ground by Generoso M. Domingo, Head Learning Facilitator at AJ Development Center (AJDC), along with a team of passionate learning facilitators:
