12th year ILS harvest for the Indigenous of Palawan

With education becoming more elusive among the indigenous communities, the Indigenous Learning System of Palawan is an exemption.. The committed efforts of Rio Tuba Nickel Mining Foundation Inc (RTNFI) in partnership with Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission foundation has again reaped the seeds of educating adults and out-of-achool youth on this 12th Graduation & Moving Up Rites. A large number of its learners entered thru the Basic Literacy Program for the No Read & No Write adult learners.
